JUWO übernimmt Immobilie aus Erbschaft (only in German)
Konrad Kuster, Vertreter der Erbengemeinschaft Annelies Kuster-Keller, erzählt über den Verkauf ihres des Mehrfamilienhaus am Enzianweg 5. Einer der Beweggründe dafür war die Gewissheit einer langfristig gesicherten, sinnvollen Nutzung und die damit verbundene Würdigung der Familiengeschichte.
"Ein Nachbar von uns hat schon seit Jahren Mietende vom JUWO, mit denen wir stets sympathische Erfahrungen machten. Zudem wohnte meine Schwägerin in ihrer Studentenzeit mit einer Wohngemeinschaft in einer Liegenschaft vom JUWO. Daher war es für uns naheliegend in einem ersten Schritt der JUWO die Liegenschaft zunächst für die Vermietung und später für den Verkauf anzubieten."
