Starting an independent life can be challenging.
We support you so that your start into a new phase of life will be successfull.
We conciliate
… within the flat-share or with neighbors so that conflicts do not escalate and threaten the rental agreement.
We explain
… your rights and obligations as a tenant to you.
We support
… tenants who are assigned to us by social centres or who encounter personal or social problems throughout the course of the rental agreement.
Financing the counseling services
JUWO has a performance mandate with the social department of the city of Zurich .
In return for its services JUWO receives a maximum of CHF 216,000 per year.
The remaining funding is provided by the association Jugendwohnnetz JUWO.
