We value our history

In the summer of 2023, the JUWO - formerly known as Jugendwohnhilfe or Verein Zürcher Jugendwohnungen - will celebrate its 40th birthday. We will celebrate the anniversary year extensively and use it as an opportunity to review our history. In keeping with the motto "Future needs origins", we will explore the path our non-profit organisation has taken, the strategies and practices that our comrades-in-arms have devised and implemented, and the obstacles that have arisen and had to be overcome.

We will review the 40 years of JUWO in 40 historical highlights. In our articles you will get to know the movers and shakers from the very beginning as well as the members of the association and the office who work tirelessly behind the scenes. And of course, one or two entertaining JUWO anecdotes await you.
